Data retention and deletion
Defaults, customer overrides, and how we honour deletion requests.

Customer data is retained for as long as the customer account is active. When a customer cancels their subscription, we retain the data for 30 days to enable account restoration, after which it is purged from primary and backup systems within 90 days.
Members can request deletion of their personal data at any time via their club administrator, who has tooling to fulfil the request directly.
