Owner: Head of Security
For data submitted by clubs (member contact details, fee records, communications) we act as a data processor on behalf of the club. The club is the controller. Our standard Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
For data we collect directly (e.g. visitor analytics on our marketing site), we act as a controller and our actions are governed by our Privacy Notice.
